Process of ordering

■ Shopping Cart ■
Products can be added to your shopping cart by entering the quantity and clicking the ADD SELECTED PRODUCTS TO CART button on the products page.
In order to change the quantity, enter the new number in the quantity section and click green RECALCULATE buttom. To order multiple items, please go to the product page and click the ADD SELECTED PRODUCTS TO CART button again.
To delete an item, please click the X button near the item

■ Payment method ■
After confirming the items and quantity, please choose the method of payment.
Credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard), and Paypal can be used.
Products will be prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed.

■ Confirmation of purchase (receipt) ■
The confirmation of purchase page will be displayed when you finish your purchase.
Please keep your receipt number until your product arrives.

■ Shipment and delivery date ■
After confirmation of payment, your shipment will be prepared.
The delivery period and date will vary according to items and shipment destination.
Delivery will be arranged with the shortest schedule available.
Confirmation of shipment will be sent by email after the product is shipped out.
※In cases where a large number of orders is received at the same time or orders are received over the weekends, statutory holidays or our shop holidays, shipment may take longer than usual.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made, or where you can pick up your shipment.

Q. What are the available payment methods?
A. Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), or PayPal.

Q. How long is the delivery period?
A. We will prepare the shipment upon confirmation of payment. Shipment will be provided in the shortest time possible, usually between 2 to 10 days. You may use the inquiry form for questions regarding the actual duration of your particular shipment. * Please be informed that it may take longer for shipments to arrive if there are weekends and holidays.

Q. How can I order the products?

Q. Can I order a large number of products?
A. Yes, but some inventory may be limited. Please use the Inquiry form to order.
